Tom has worked in sales for over 25 years. His sales journey began in Montreal, Canada where he worked as a sales representative.
At the start of his career, he got by on people skills and by many would be considered to be a very good sales professional. But Tom wanted more, he wanted to be the best at his company. To achieve this he had to learn from the best in his company, industry and sales.
Through constant learning and perseverance he was able to achieve his goal to become the top sales professional at his company.
But this wasn’t enough, Tom realised there were many sales professionals around the world lacking the teachable skills needed to maximise lead conversion and deal size.
He set out with goal that no salesperson should lose a sale because they can’t sell.
Now, over 20 years later, Tom heads our industry leading company to help as people around the world get the skills and attitude needed to achieve their goals.
