There are a lot of ‘speakers’ out there. You know, the people who are paid to deliver a speech to an audience.
I’m proud to be part of this group, but did you know while there are an estimated 25,000 active speakers in the world, less than a thousand of them have earned the accreditation as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP)?
Out of all of the trainers and keynote speakers in Singapore, only around 20 of them are Certified Speaking Professionals.
I’m proud to share, I’m now part of this elite group of professional speakers. One of less than a thousand in the world.
What this means is, I have demonstrating my skills and professionalism as a speaker to meet a strict criteria that is designed to separate the amateurs from the professionals.
It also means I’m ready to rock the stage and raise your audience to their feet.
I hope to see YOU in the audience soon.
More Information on Certified Speaking Professionals
Conferred by the National Speakers Association, the CSP is the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform competence by which speakers become a Certified Speaking Professional.
About 12 percent of the 5,000 + speakers worldwide, who belong to the 13 member associations of the Global Speakers Federation, currently hold this professional designation.
The Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation is earned through demonstrating competence in professional standards:
- Platform skills
- Business management
Information provided by the National Speakers Association based in the United States of America. The Professional Speakers Association of Australia also grants Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) status with similar (but different) standards of its American counterpart.
