The first step in taking control of your sales is to identify how comprehensive your sales and marketing strategy is right now. What are you doing consistently and what are you not doing so consistently? You have to recognise where you are today in order to see where you’re going and how to get there.
The following self-assessment tool makes the process a little easier by providing some structure. In the short exercise below, identify your strengths and weaknesses as honestly as possible. Ask a colleague, partner, or sales coach for their assessment of you as well.
