SOCO/ Sales Training are honoured to announce that we took home an award in the Best Sales Training Provider category in Singapore and for Best Sales Training Provider and E-Learning Provider in Malaysia at the HR Vendors of the Year Awards.

Where we started

SOCO/ Sales Training were awarded Best Sales Training Provider in Singapore at the  Human Resources HR Vendor of the Year 2016. It was an incredibly proud day for us as we competed against eight other companies for one of the top spots for Best Sales Training Provider in Singapore.

Receiving this award was monumental to us as we have spent our time in Singapore striving to take all of the sales professionals we have trained over the years to even greater heights. Thus, it’s an honour to be acknowledged for our work.

The HR Vendor of the Year Awards is also conducted in Malaysia and Hong Kong, for which we submitted for Best Management Training Provider and Best Sales Training Provider, respectively. We were selected as finalists in Malaysia and won another silver for Best Sales Training Provider in Hong Kong.

Best Sales Training & E-Learning Provider

What makes our e-learning system award winning is the integration gamification elements that keep students engaged; students are awarded badges for completing lessons that learners can then share on social media and with their peers. We also created a social environment – so even your team is geographically diverse, they can still share their tips and success in an online collaborative environment.

By integrating e-learning, companies across Malaysia can reduce their training costs, minimise out-of-office hours needed for in-person training and get new staff up to speed quickly without waiting for the next group training. Team leaders in Malaysia also enjoy in-built tools to track completion, including statistics on quizzes, completion rates and staff who have not logged in recently.

While e-learning is an excellent tool for sales teams, we pair ours with live training for the best results. We provide Leader Guides so leaders can lead the team through relevant discussions, brainstorming and role-play sessions, whether they happen in person or online.

When developing our online sales training platform, we wanted to create a system that encouraged engagement and sharing, increased completion rates and provided statistics for team leaders to see staff’s progress. We put so much research and effort into the e-learning platform, and it’s an honour to be recognised for our hard work in the first year of SOCO Academy’s operation.

It shows that the judges believe in our vision in the future of sales training in Malaysia as much as we do.
